Live Well, Move More is our ambitious programme supporting people who are living with diabetes to become more active. Aimed particularly at people who are inactive, it offers information, motivation, and structured activity sessions to help participants get moving. The programme is funded by Sport England and is designed to test and evaluate our approach, so that we can build an evidence base as well as learning how to improve outcomes for people living with diabetes.
