We have an exciting opportunity in the Improvement Cymru team to be a core part of the Improvement Cymru Academy. This comes at a time when the NHS has changed considerably as a result of the pandemic and further policy developments.

Improvement Cymru is the national quality improvement service for NHS Wales delivered by Public Health Wales. Our goal is to work with NHS Wales and its partner organisations to support the creation of the best quality health and care system for Wales so that everyone has access to safe, effective and efficient care in the right place and at the right time across the whole care system.
The overarching goal of Improvement Cymru Academy and Patient Education is to support the NHS through improved outcomes and experience for the population of Wales.
Main duties of the job
We work closely with partners in health, social care, education and wider UK improvement partners to inform our improvement curricula development.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and forward-thinking Team, supporting the Quality Improvement Training and Patient Educational packages for NHS Wales.
We are looking to appoint an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, creative and motivated to join our Academy Team.
The position will be based in our Public Health Wales offices in south and north Wales, however current working conditions support a blend of office and home-working, which may continue for some time.
The role will focus on supporting the coordination of learning and support, building upon the solid foundations already established.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post however English and / or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
