An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and forward thinking individual to join the North Wales Dental Service.
The successful candidate will work alongside the dental senior management team, clinicians, finance and workforce colleagues to define and lead service improvement projects within the dental services across North Wales in line with the organisational direction and Dental Commissioning strategy and delivery priorities.
The way dental services are contracted and delivered are changing across Wales with many great initiatives in North Wales that make this an exciting time to join our service and develop both yourself and the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
This role will be responsible for leading strategic change initiatives, developing communication and improvement strategies and developing colleagues within BCUHB and its independent contractors. The role will work closely with the North Wales Dental Academy and BCU Primary and Community Care Academy to identify and address training and upskilling needs for dental colleagues.
