The Educational Services Administrator is a key support function at RSPH working in the Membership & Educational Services Team and wider teams to ensure effective administration of the delivery of projects and new initiatives.
RSPH operates an agile working policy with some attendance at our London office according to business need.

Job Description
Reports to: Head of Membership & Educational Services
1. Administration of our educational services, ensuring an excellent experience for our learners, commissioners and trainers (around 95% of time).
Support the Head of Membership & Educational Services with the development of education pathways for the wider public health workforce. This includes research, data collection and reporting, competitor analysis, customer analysis and trend mapping, marketing and communications support and ongoing administration of databases and customers.
Support the Educational Services Coordinator with the administration of large training projects, including development of materials and procedures, making sure we deliver to schedule and budget.
Support the team with administration of our training service, coordinating training dates, registrations, assessments, and certifications, and dealing with general enquiries.
Support the team with the day-to-day administration of our LMS system ensuring our learners receive a quality educational experience.
Support the team to deliver the marketing and communications strategy including writing social posts, news items, case studies, and identifying target audiences for product launches.
2. Provide administration support when required to our membership and events service including taking calls, updating our CRM system, and supporting member webinars as required. (5%)
Training will be provided on a variety of systems including our eLearning authoring platform, LMS, eAssessment and CRM systems.
Essential knowledge, skills and abilities
High digital literacy and confident using Microsoft office packages and Adobe.
Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritising and meeting deadlines.
High standard of communication including written, verbal, listening skills.
Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in team setting and provide support to colleagues.
Education and experience
Experience of working with multiple priorities in an office environment.
Evidence of personal/professional development.
Desirable
Experience in administering a Learning Management System.
An interest in public health and wellbeing.
An interest in research and marketing.
An undergraduate degree in public health or another relevant topic.
