To work as part of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing team to:
· co-ordinate and deliver health promotion initiatives in conjunction with the Wellbeing team
· support the Wellbeing Service Lead in the management of a team of Wellbeing Champions (and other peer support groups across TfL), ensuring a regular contact, updates, evaluation of the role
· undertake TRiM training and oversee TRiM process and practitioners
· manage diary and co-ordinate with local managers to provide the mix of on site health and wellbeing assessments
· actively promote wellbeing and TfL Occupational Health and Wellbeing to the TfL community using Yammer and to contribute to the intranet site
· work collaboratively with Wellbeing Service Lead to manage new and emerging projects supporting lifestyle changes and various health initiatives
· collate data from the health assessments and provide monthly reports
· act as a subject matter expert in workplace wellbeing

· Recording and maintaining up to date clear, concise records.
· Ensuring safe storage of health records and equipment when off site.
· Able to work flexible hours to support the needs of the business. Occasional work outside office hours may be required.
