Job Title: Health Improvement Co-ordinator - Health Inequalities/Wider Determinants

Location: Hertford (with travel to other bases)

Salary Range: £35,745 pa progressing to £39,880 pa

Hours: 37 per week

Contract: Permanent

Job Duties:

This is an exciting opportunity to tackle the challenges of health inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Hertfordshire. 


As part of the public health team, you will work in partnership with a range of local and national organisations to make a significant contribution to the health and quality of life of Hertfordshire’s residents.  You will have an understanding of spatial planning and the wider environmental determinants and be passionate about reducing health inequalities and improving wellbeing through planning, air quality, active travel and access to green space.
