Health Improvement Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Argyll & Bute Public Health team as an interim Health Improvement Lead.  
This post will work across the Argyll and Bute HSCP and the Highland Board area to an agreed portfolio of work.
This post will provide effective operational management and professional leadership to a discrete team of Health Improvement staff within the overall Health Improvement Team, with responsibility for an extensive portfolio of health improvement and health inequalities work. Provide leadership for health improvement work streams, reflecting policy and practice. 
The post holder will provide specialist public health/health improvement expertise at an advanced level, managing resources (staff/budget) to improve service delivery and the health and wellbeing outcomes of the population.
The base negotiable within Agyll and Bute.
A driving licence is required.
