Health Visitor - £3,000 Salary Incentive

Job description

An additional recruitment and retention premium of £3,000 pro rata per annum. We are open to flexible working, minimum 22.5 hours per week available.
Are you a Health Visitor looking to progress in your career or wanting a new challenge?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified Health Visitor to join our caring and progressive team in Tunbridge Wells. We welcome applicants from experienced and newly-qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurses.

  • Our health visiting teams provide support to families with children aged zero to five. You’ll be managing a varied caseload and you’ll need to be confident and flexible to provide the best support for new and growing families.
    As a Health Visitor you will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well in Tonbridge and Malling area.
    You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families who use our services have a good experience.

    You will work with a diverse range of families within Tonbridge and Malling and the surrounding rural areas.
