We're looking for enthusiastic, innovative and motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (SCPHN) Health Visitors to join our 0-5 Healthy Child Programme teams in West Sussex. We have full and part time vacancies in Burgess Hill, East Grinstead and Crawley

Main duties of the job
Our Healthy Child Programme teams offer a proactive approach to delivering the Healthy Child Programme, working in partnership with school nurses, early help staff at children and family centres and multi-agency teams to deliver the best outcomes for children.
