Reports to: Membership Executive
Administration of our Membership service, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.
Support the Membership Executive with RSPH membership activities including, dealing with calls and enquiries from new and existing members, providing a high level of customer service, and updating the CRM database accordingly.
Help maintain RSPH membership records including processing applications, generating and distributing reminder notices, invoicing membership subscriptions and maintaining accurate records.
Support maintenance of the CRM system and associated activities.
Administer and prepare monthly reports associated with direct debit functions, including updating DD rejections and contacting members where appropriate.
Support and develop membership events liaising with the marketing team.
Assist in the development of the membership recruitment and retention strategies.
Support the marketing and communications strategy for Membership including, writing social posts, collating member spotlights, writing copy for the newsletter, and identifying target audiences for marketing campaigns.
Supporting the administration of membership webinars as required.
Any other activities as required to support the work of the Membership & Educational Services team.
Training will be provided on a variety of systems including our CRM, LMS, website portal and finance systems.

High digital literacy and confident using Microsoft office packages.
Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritising and meeting deadlines.
High standard of communication including written, verbal, listening skills.
Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in team setting and provide support to colleagues.
Education and experience
Experience of working with multiple priorities in an office environment.
Evidence of personal/professional development.
Desirable
Experience in administering a CRM system.
An interest in public health and wellbeing.
An undergraduate degree in public health or another relevant topic.
