Job description
**Fixed term until 31 March 2024 **
35 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity at Mind in Camden for someone to join our passionate team of Mental Health Link Workers in our Social Prescribing Service. Through one-to-one person-centred sessions with clients referred by healthcare professionals, you will support people to access community services and groups which assist with their mental health recovery and enhance their wellbeing.
This role is based in the Camden borough and is embedded within Camden and Islington Foundation Trust. The service forms part of the Mental Health Alliance Network, offering an opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives, strengthening the support and mental health services that are available through partnership working.
This post is funded until 31 March 2024 with a possible extension after that date.
