It is an exciting time to be joining North Central London – with the formal transition to an Integrated Care System providing a great opportunity to work with key partners to further improve health and care services in NCL for the benefit of our residents and patients. As part of this and recognising that two of the four core purposes of the ICS are to improve outcomes in population health and healthcare and to tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access, we are seeking a talented individual for the post of Population Health Commissioning Project Officer to join the team. This is a key role in shaping and progressing our vision for an integrated care system. You will support the iterative development and implementation of our Population Health Improvement Strategy, working with colleagues across the partnership to help embed our core principles for Population Health Improvement in our programmes of work and support the programmes across the ICS to work collaboratively with communities to deliver improvements in outcomes for our residents. The successful candidate will utilise robust and rigorous ways of working alongside opportunities for creativity and innovation, to support strategy development, commissioning and planning, managing and delivering programmes of work, recognising the changing nature of commissioning in an ICS context that will mean that traditional approaches are unlikely to deliver the strategic goals and objectives of the ICS.
