We are looking for a Programme Officer to support the Programme Manager leading on the Drugs and Alcohol agenda and strategy for Coventry.

This is a fixed-term role until March 2025.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll have an excellent programme and project management skills and have experience of working collaboratively with staff across a range of organisations to develop joint solutions to complex problems. Knowledge and understanding of public health and approaches to improving public health, especially those linked with drugs and alcoholExperience in analysing data and writing reports for different audiencesAbility and experience of leading and motivating others outside your direct sphere of influence.Experience in project management
You’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in building effective relationships across a range of services and teams.
You’ll have a track record in problem-solving, effectively using data to understand local people’s needs, and targeting resources in a way that maximises efficiency and effectiveness.
You’ll be highly organised, prioritising work, managing time, and working under pressure to deliver to deadlines.
