The Public Health Industry Practice Director is responsible for leading business cross-functional design and go to market strategy aimed at increasing revenue, customer experience, and expansion in existing accounts. As the spearhead of the Public Health Industry, you'll work closely with all field departments including global sales, presales, customer success, and partner organizations. As the go to market leader for Public Health for the region, you'll partner with marketing, product, and enablement teams to develop ongoing market value propositions and drive sales enablement.
What you'll do at UiPath
Execute the industry global strategy and partner with sales leaders to support, deliver and execute an enablement pipeline that directly impacts growth and revenue goals
Help customers adopt an automation and process transformation mindset in the clinical space as they work to build scale and intelligent automation across the enterprise.
Build strong relationships with customers in the region, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions and thought leadership to meet their requirements. Foster partner relationships for customer benefits
Lead thought leadership (internally & externally) through whitepapers, webinars, events, speaking engagements, point of view content, proof of concepts, demos, and industry best practices.
Work closely with product and partner organizations to identify opportunities that create joint solutions that scale.
Stay up to date with industry developments and trends, and make sure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to remain competitive in the market.
Collaborate with pre and post sales teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable assets that can be used at a programmatic scale across automation programs from selling to adoption.
Track and report on joint sales performance, providing regular updates to industry senior management on progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll bring to the team
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years in direct operational or consulting role in a clinical care setting in one or more trusts
Direct experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) workflows and optimization programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership presence with experience navigating through a large organization to execute through influence.
Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior role or reporting structure to a CNIO or CIO in the last three years.
Experience with additional B2B software or similar ERP technologies
