Your proven track record in project management **will enable you to keep pace with ever changing priorities due to funding changes. You’ll use your superb **communication **skills to build on the successful relationships we have with our various partners, embedding domestic abuse policy into service development and transformation, and creating a consistent experience for people across Hampshire. Your numeracy skills will be key in extracting meaningful data to ensure the quality of services. You’ll **collaborate **effectively with a network of people with lived experience to co-produce services and experience of working in the field of domestic abuse would be helpful.
You’ll provide leadership and project management to monitor and deliver the contracts and grants. Under the direction of the Public Health Principal, you’ll also manage aspects of Hampshire County Council’s main domestic abuse contracts and grants, bringing your skills to improve performance and quality.
In return, we are committed to your continued personal development and offer an extensive Benefits Package. We recognise the benefits **hybrid **working can bring, so you’ll be able to work remotely (with equipment provided) with office-based working in Winchester once a week.
