Senior Project Manager
Fixed Term / Secondment : 24 months
The NHS Wales Health Collaborative supports NHS organisations in Wales through Networks, Programmes and Implementation Groups to plan services across organisational boundaries and continually striving to improve the quality of care for patients.
As part of the National Clinical Framework several national programmes have been established to serve as a national requirement for investigating systemic service challenges, developing solutions at scale, supporting service transformation, and providing assurance of equity of service offer across Wales’.
End of life care (EOLC) is included as one of the National Programmes.
Consequently, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and capable Project Manager to work with an existing team in supporting the development and implementation of the National Programme for End of Life Care.

Main duties of the job
Develop appropriate project plans in line with the workstreams of the National Programme Board for End of Life Care.
Be accountable for management of the project plan, and support actions, work programmes and developments that arise from this.
Work with the Programme Manager and National Clinical Leads to ensure timely delivery of the overall programme.
Engage with stakeholders throughout Wales in line with the needs of programme and workstreams.
