This Social prescribing Administrator is the ‘glue’ that holds the Social Prescribing service together working between our clients, staff, and referrers from other agencies across Oldham. You will be the first point of contact into the service, and the ambassador for this and wider Action Together Offer.
Action Together are looking for:
Someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who is naturally empathetic, inclusive, and driven by wanting to get the best for the people we work with
Someone with great organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and have excellent attention to detail
Someone who is skilled at using casework management databases and recording accurate notes
Someone who can communicate with a range of stakeholders, including members of the public, staff and public services referring agencies from across health and care
Length of contract: until 30 June 24 (extension subject to funding).
Please note, the successful candidates will be required to undertake a basic Disclosure and barring Service (DBS) check.
